Using YtheWait for the first time? Or, are you an existing customer with lots of questions in your mind? Whichever, we are here to help you with answers you are looking for:
At the top right corner of your app screen, you will find an icon with three horizontal lines. In this menu, you can create an account by entering your name, email address and password. The entered email address then gets linked to your account. You get logged into the app immediately. In addition, you can also log into the app by connecting your Google account & Facebook too.
If you want to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible to discuss whether this is still possible. You can reach the restaurant via the telephone number listed in the confirmation email of your order. Cancellation via YtheWait is not always possible because the restaurant must be informed immediately about the cancellation.
Enter the location or restaurant name from where you want the order delivered. Choose the restaurant or cafe from a long list of options and browse through the menu. Add the dishes to the cart and click the ‘order’ button to place the food order.
Scan the QR Code of the restaurant, a notification will be sent to the management system and you will receive the menu list on your phone, then you can select the food you want to order. Place the order for the dishes selected. Pay by cash or online payment methods.
In this case, you should contact the restaurant as soon as possible to discuss whether the desired adjustment is still possible. You can reach the restaurant via the telephone number listed in the confirmation email of your order. If you have already paid the order online, then you are advised to cancel the entire order and place the order again.
Have you already created an account but have forgotten your password? Then click on ‘Log in’ at the top right corner of your browser. Then click on the ‘Forgot password’. Enter your email address here and you will receive an email with the possibility to set a new password.
