Step 1 : Go to your favorite restaurant and take your smartphone with you. You can take a seat at any table you like.,
Step 2: Browse the restaurant’s menu in your preferred language. Select all items you would like to order.
Step 3: Once you’ve made a selection, you can review your selected items. When you press ‘’Order now’’, your order will be sent to the kitchen and will be processed instantly.
Step 4: Your order is placed now. The only thing left to do is to pay and to enjoy! The fastest and easiest way is to make an instant payment from the app. You can, of course, also choose to pay by card, cash or by cheque!
Open the home delivery/ takeaway module in the app. First, select the restaurant you would like to order from. After checking out the menu, you can select the preferred items. Once you have completed these steps, you enter your location. You can now place your order and select your preferred payment method. You will get notified by mail with the status of your order. You can track your order via ‘’track order’’ to see what the status of your meal is.
You can book a table via Y the Wait by going to the reservation module. After filling in your basic details, you can select the date, time and number of persons you will be visiting with. Once your booking is processed, you will get notified by mail with the status of your booking.
To cancel any order or payment, the customer must contact an employee from the restaurant. If they agree with the cancellation, the customer will be assisted further with the help of the order number which they received in their mailbox.
In case, the payment has been done online, the customer can contact us and we will take the required steps to complete the payment refund. It usually takes up to 10 business days from the day of application for cancellation for the customer to receive back the amount of the refund.
Forgot your password? No worries, we understand you. You can easily recover your password by clicking or tapping the ‘’Forgot password’’ box in the login screen. Enter your email address in the designated field and we will make sure you receive an email with the instructions to get the access to your account back.
Always keep note of the confirmation message of your order. This message certifies the status of the order and whether the payment has been completed or not. Most of the times, the confirmation message is preceded right after the payment. A payment may take extra time to be processed if it is not being done through a credit card company or bank.
